We extended a warm welcome to four talented ladies from our Polish factory, inviting them to join our Vieremä, Finland team for a three-week collaboration.

In Vieremä, our local team embraced their Polish colleagues with open arms, igniting a collaborative spirit that echoed through our assembly lines. These customers control panels usually require a collective effort, and with precise instructions and guidance from our exceptional Team Coordinator, Satu Partanen, our new team members seamlessly integrated. Ivan Makarihinen, Production Engineer from Vieremä, attests, "Teamwork is our local strength, and this newly formed alliance swiftly blended into a harmonious and productive partnership."

Exploring Beyond Work - Embracing Finnish Culture and Adventure

While on our delegation, our Finnish colleagues ensured that every moment was filled with excitement. “We embarked on a journey to Kuopio, scaling the heights of the Puijo tower to behold breathtaking views of the Finnish landscape. Our exploration extended to Iisalmi, where we ventured into the heart of the region, savouring the local charm before the rain intervened. In Vieremä, where we were based, we uncovered the natural splendours, delved into the lives of the locals, and discovered that saunas are truly ubiquitous in Finland! ? Our visit also included a trip to the Ponsse playground, and it was fascinating to see the end product to which the whole process we had been a part of eventually leads. The captivating climate and landscapes left us captivated, with the resolute belief that this is just the beginning of our adventures in this enchanting land,” says Paulina.
