Terms of Trade

Lapp Connecto complies with the NL09, NL10 or NLM10 general sales conditions with the following changes and/or additions.

Please note that sanctions enforced by the European union (“EU Sanctions”) include export restrictions applicable to Lapp Connecto’s products, including the prohibitions to sell, export, re-export (directly or indirectly) to Russia or for use in Russia products listed by Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014*. Our customers and dealers should always comply with the EU Sanctions applicable to Lapp Connecto’s products and use their best efforts to ensure that also the supply chain until the end users shall comply with such obligation. Use of intermediaries to circumvent the EU Sanctions is strictly prohibited. Breach of these obligations constitutes a material breach of the agreement/contract, and Lapp Connecto has the right to take appropriate adequate remedial actions, including, but not limited to immediate termination of the agreement/contract relation.

No re-export to the Russian Federation / Belarus

Russian Sanctions

The contract includes a prohibition to re-export to Russia and to re-export for use in Russia (in compliance with article 12g paragraph 1 of Council Regulation 833/2014, as amended).
It is a public contracts concluded with a public authority in a third country or with an international organization, falling into the contractual exemptions in article 12g.2a of Council Regulation 833,2014, as amended.

Belarus sanctions

The contract prohibits re-exportation to Belarus and re-exportation for use in Belarus – Article 8g paragraph 1 of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006, as amended. The prohibitions defined in article 8g.1 of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 do not apply (contractual exemptions in article 8g.2) for contracts concluded before 1st July 2024 until their expiry date. It is a public contracts concluded with a public authority in a third country or with an international organisation -Article 8g paragraph 3 of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006.
