Quality Management is at the core of our business. As we continue to grow, we are enthusiastically looking for a Quality Manager to lead, manage, and support our growing business. The position is shared between two entities, Lapp Connecto Poland, and the international LAPP ÖLFLEX® Connect cluster.

The ÖLFLEX® Connect Operations Cluster is bundling the harnessing competence of LAPP throughout Europe – more than 600 people are designing, manufacturing, and selling customer specific harnesses for different types of applications and industries to fulfil all customer needs. Our footprint consists of locations in Poland, Finland, Czech Republic and Germany from where we are serving big OEMS directly and also being the supply chain for our LAPP colleagues all around Europe. We have a clear plan to grow – both in size as well as in excellence. One of our superpowers is that we bring together the competence, experience and ideas of all our 600 members.

To this unique cluster we are now looking for a Quality Manager ÖC/LCP for a position located in Lapp Connecto Poland.
