We're on the hunt for a skilled Business Controller to join our team.

In this role, you'll serve as the local Business Controller at our Lapp Connecto Polska plant. You'll play a pivotal role as a partner to the ÖC Cluster and Lapp Group controlling and financial departments across Poland, Finland, and Germany. Leading a team that includes a Junior Controller, you'll be part of the dynamic Lapp Group controlling network. Additionally, you'll have the privilege of being a key member of our local Management Team.

Your responsibilities

You will prepare essential financial data and analyses for management and business, enabling them to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities among others:

• Management reporting to the Lapp Group
• Preparing financial monthly reporting to Lapp Group and  production Cluster
• Daily support of local management
• Support and develop Standard costing of production
• Warehouse and stock value monitoring; stock analysis
• Planning financial liquidity
• Preparation of the annual reports together with external auditors      

Plus, you are allowed to wear a cool monocle and use fancy words like “amortization” and “depreciation”!

Here are the key ingredients for triumph in your new role:

• A university degree in finance or controlling as a foundational requirement.
• Proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
• A background of 5-10 years in finance, specifically in the role of a Business Controller.
• A strong command of financial accounting principles and proficiency in reporting under both local accounting GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English, ensuring effective communication in a multinational corporate environment.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly within our corporate framework.

We operate with SAP-system, SAP experience is great advantage in this position.
